  • What makes North Creations teas special?
    Our teas are thoughtfully sourced, blended with intention, and crafted to support wellness and relaxation. Plus, 10% of all profits support the Sanctuary Communty Outreach, helping seniors in need.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Not at this time. We currently only ship within the United States.
  • How should I store my tea?
    To preserve freshness, keep your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the packaging tightly after each use.
  • Can I exhchange or return my tea?
    Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery so we can help.
  • Are your teas organic?
    All of our blends use organic ingredients. Each product description notes each certified organic herb or botanical.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 3-10 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
