Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed - but we'll keep you informed every step of the way
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or goes missing, pleae contact us immediately at info@north-creations.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We'll do our best to make it right.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We take pride in the quality of our teas and carefuly inspect every item before it ships. If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with the contents, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@north-creations.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll be happy to review and assist where possible.
